Natanis Merasty, 24, a Cree woman from La Ronge, Saskatchewan, has been missing since May 5, 2025, and was last seen in Edmonton, Alberta. Her disappearance is being treated as suspicious, and police are urgently appealing for any information.
Natanis’ vehicle — a 2007 black Hyundai Tucson with Saskatchewan plates — was seen traveling across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan before being found abandoned and repainted at James Smith Cree Nation in Saskatchewan.
Her family and law enforcement are pleading with the public: If you saw her or her vehicle between May 5 and May 15, please come forward.

Timeline & Investigation Highlights
May 5 – Natanis was captured on CCTV at Edmonton’s Continental Inn (1:22 a.m.), in her 2007 black Hyundai Tucson (Saskatchewan plates). She departed around 2:37 a.m. and was seen at a nearby 7‑Eleven at 2:55 a.m. The vehicle then traveled west through Sherwood Park, Buck Lake, Nordegg, and Lake Louise.
May 6–7 – The vehicle continued west into British Columbia and took a ferry to Nanaimo.
May 10 – The vehicle returned to the Edmonton area.
May 12 – Seen near Lloydminster.
May 15 – The vehicle was found abandoned and repainted at James Smith Cree Nation, Saskatchewan.
