US President Joe Biden went blank after his speech at Saturday’s Quad summit, which he held in his hometown of Delaware, because he could not remember who to call next.
“So I want to thank you all for being here. And now, who am I introducing next?” Biden asked after completing his speech.
After a brief and awkward pause, Biden said, “Who’s next?” – – obviously snapping at one of the staff.
A staffer called PM Modi on Biden’s behalf, highlighting the outgoing US President’s recent gaffes.
