According to the Rockcastle County Sheriff’s Office, Wynter was last seen around 6:15 p.m. in the Orlando area of Rockcastle County, Kentucky.
She’s described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 147 pounds, with long brown hair, blue eyes, and piercings in both ears and her right nostril.
Local search teams, neighbors, and volunteers have combed through backroads, woods, and rivers — hoping for one clue.
Authorities say the FBI is now assisting as the search enters its third week.
Wynter’s disappearance is completely out of character, and her family says they won’t stop until she’s found.
They’ve announced a $5,000 reward for credible information that leads to her safe return.
