(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Jesse Howe.
Jesse was last seen at his residence in the 0-100 block of Singal Street at approximately 10:30 p.m. yesterday. He was wearing a blue hoodie and a black baseball cap with a white patch. He is believed to be driving a 2008 Ford F-250 with Ontario licence plate CD65697.
Jesse is described as a White man, 5’7” tall, with an athletic build, medium-length light brown hair, blue eyes, and a beard.
Anyone with information about Jesse’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, extension 7300.
