MISSING PERSON ALERT: The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and West St. Paul Police Department are assisting the Sioux Falls Police Department (South Dakota) in attempting to locate Shalene Ball, age 35. Ball is 5 feet, 1 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair. Investigators have received information that Shalene Ball is being held against her will and was recently in West St. Paul or South St. Paul. Anyone with information on Shalene Ball’s whereabouts is urged to call 911.
