Israel’s top military prosecutor calls an overnight IDF bombardment on Rafah, which Hamas health officials in Gaza claim killed scores of civilians, “very grave,” and says an after-action investigation by the armed forces is still underway.
“The details of the incident are still under investigation, which we are committed to conducting to the fullest extent,” Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer Yerushalmi told an Israel Bar Association conference.
“The IDF regrets any harm to noncombatants during the war.”
