Stanley Ogbonna, an Abuja-based pastor, allegedly forced his estranged wife Chioma and their six children to leave their home.
Ogbonna, who is said to be the General Overseer of God’s Spring Assembly, popularly known as Glass Church, in Kubwa, Abuja, had a troubled relationship with his wife, which led to their divorce.
During the court proceedings, Ogbonna allegedly stated that he liquidated his assets to keep his wife from inheriting any of his riches.
This assertion exacerbated the already tense situation.
