CHRISTIAN BREAKING NEWS: Utah State Aggies to Become the 4rd Women’s Volleyball Team in the Nation to Refuse Competing against Transgender Opponent, Forfeiting Game to San Jose State This Season

The Utah State Aggies are the latest women’s volleyball team to withdraw from a scheduled match against San Jose State University owing to the presence of a biological male on its women’s team.

The university announced that it would not be participating in the Oct. 23 volleyball match versus SJSU.

If the move is made official, Utah State will become the fourth team to forfeit a match against SJSU.

Southern Utah, Boise State, and the University of Wyoming have all done so.

None of the 3 schools had gave a justification for the forfeit other than knowing the implications for their win-loss records.

Blaire Fleming, a transgender redshirt senior at SJSU, has been at the center of the controversial forfeitures.

SJSU is unbeaten this season, and Fleming, at 6-foot-1, has aided the Spartans’ efforts.

Brooke Slusser, Fleming’s teammate, has joined former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines and other female athletes in suing the NCAA over transgender athlete laws, arguing that the present system undermines the fairness and integrity of women’s sports and puts women at risk.

Slusser said she joined Gaines and others in their complaint against the NCAA since she had no idea Fleming was transgender despite sharing rooms on team trips.
