URGENT MISSING PERSON ALERT!

Robert “Rob” Kruse, a 35-year-old from San Luis Obispo County, California, has been missing since August 5, 2025 after planning a hiking trip to the Big Sur / Ragged Point area.

Rob is described as 6’1”, 140–150 lbs, with brown hair, a beard, and wearing glasses. He was last seen in Long Beach, CA, and was supposed to check in at the Ragged Point Inn between Aug 5–7 but never showed up.

On August 9, his 2007 Saturn Aura was found at the Ragged Point Inn with hiking gear still inside. Search teams, including helicopters and drones, have scoured the area but so far have not located him.
