CPD is requesting assistance with locating a missing person, 41-year-old Valerie Elder Smiley.

She was last seen on June 28, leaving her home in Chattanooga, driving a red 2004 Ford Expedition, TN license plate 079 BFQD.

Dozens of people met at Hawkinsville Baptist Church, Chattanooga, TN on Sunday to spread the word and pray for a woman reported missing on Friday.

Valerie Elder Smiley is a 43-year-old mother of four, wife, and entrepreneur.

She was last spotted driving the burgundy adventure, dressed in a beige or yellow polo and shorts.

A police report was filed.

Smiley and her family received multiple prayers throughout the church service.

The choir also sang gospel songs, and money was raised to help the Smiley family.
