CHRISTIAN BREAKING NEWS: Antisemitic Protestors Chant “Heil Hitler” during Israel-Paraguay Soccer Match at Paris Olympics
Antisemitic protestors chanted “Heil Hitler” from the stands during Israel’s men’s soccer match versus Paraguay at the Paris Olympics over the weekend.
Along with the Nazi salute, the group waved Palestinian flags.
On Saturday night, protestors chanted other hateful rhetoric while booing the Israeli team as they rose for their national anthem at the Parc des Princes.
Several audience members were spotted raising enormous signs reading “Genocide Olympics.”
The anti-Israel protestors were quickly removed from the stadium, and no other antisemitic incidents were reported.
A Paris Olympic organizer stated:
“Paris 2024 strongly condemns these acts. A complaint has been lodged by Paris 2024, which is at the disposal of the authorities to assist with the investigation.”
Furthermore, the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office publicly announced that an investigation into the incident had begun.
The prosecutor’s office has also begun an investigation into death threats against 3 Israeli athletes.
This is the second anti-Semitic incident involving the Israeli soccer squad since the Olympics began.
