Dr David Owuor, a self-proclaimed Prophet and the second-born in a family of 6, was born in 1966 in Goma village, Usenge Bondo district in Kenya.
He did his primary and secondary studies in Kenya and Uganda.
He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 at Nairobi University.
He later did his Masters and PhD in Israel before relocating to America, where he established himself as a distinguished research specialist on cancer before starting the repentance and holiness movement in 2003.
