President Joe Biden wished former President Donald Trump a happy birthday, joking that age is only a number.

In his message, Biden included a video that compared his accomplishments against Trump’s actions and words.

On Friday, as Trump turned 78, Biden’s campaign issued a scathing birthday message, referring to the former president as a “crook, failure, fraud, and threat to our democracy.”

The Biden team also mocked Trump’s 78th birthday by sarcastically listing 78 “accomplishments” that highlighted his legal issues and controversial moments as president.

The list includes Trump’s recent felony convictions in New York, his financial troubles, his support for the death penalty for the Central Park Five, his handling of the Covid epidemic, and his claims of responsibility for overturning Roe v Wade.

On Friday evening, Trump celebrated his 78th birthday by speaking to an audience in Florida, where he frequently mocked his November election challenger, 81-year-old President Joe Biden, as too weak to handle a second term.

The former president addressed “Club 47” fan club members at a convention center in West Palm Beach, near his Mar-a-Lago estate.

As part of the celebrations, organizers unveiled a tall, multi-layered cake while audience members threw red and blue balloons.

The cake, which was set on a gold-colored base, had separate tiers depicting a “Make America Great Again” baseball cap, the Club 47 logo, an American flag, the phrase “Born in the USA on Flag Day,” an image of Trump golfing, and the Oval Office, which was outfitted with gold frames common to many Trump properties, as well as Trump and Republican logos.
