According to Inspector General GVG Ashok Kumar, Pastor Praveen Pagadala was under the influence of alcohol and suffered a head injury in an accident on March 23.
He was seen purchasing liquor in 3 locations and avoiding 3 accidents before his 2-wheeler skidded into a field on the outskirts of Rajamahendravaram city, as captured in CCTV footage.
