As first reported by The Daily Telegraph on October 26, 2025, Glow Church’s Board released a statement confirming that its Senior Pastors, Joel and Ellen Cave, will step back from ministry duties.
The board explained that this follows a period of personal challenges that led to a time of separation requested by Ellen.
Importantly, the statement emphasized that this decision is not a result of moral failure or infidelity.
Instead, the Board said the step was taken “with careful consideration and prayer,” prioritizing both the leaders’ wellbeing and the health of the church community.
