6 persons were killed on Wednesday night by incessant rains caused by a cloudburst in Sikkim’s Mangan district, which totaled over 220.1 mm, according to the state government.

According to the state tourism department, approximately 1,200 domestic visitors and 15 foreign nationals – 10 from Bangladesh, 3 from Nepal, and 2 from Thailand – are stuck in Lachung hamlet, about 50 kilometers from Mangan town.
