The violent clashes outside the Adas Torah synagogue in Los Angeles are appalling.

There is no excuse for targeting a house of worship. Such antisemitic hatred has no place in California.

Violent fights erupted between pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian demonstrators in Los Angeles when the latter staged a rally outside the Adas Torah synagogue.

Video shows cops and others attempting to mediate between the two sides before calling it an unlawful assembly.

Police clear the area in front of the synagogue, but scuffles continue to break out in the nearby area.
