CHRISTIAN BREAKING NEWS: God Told Him to Sell Crypto? Pastor & Wife Indicted in $3.4M Scam | Eli & Kaitlyn Regalado Case [#EligioRegalado #EliRegalado #KaitlynRegalado]

Hi everyone,

Colorado pastor Eli Regalado and his wife Kaitlyn are under fire after allegedly scamming over 300 Christians out of $3.4 million using a cryptocurrency called INDXcoin—all while claiming “God told them to do it.”

This cryptocurrency, marketed as a faith-based financial move, was promoted by the couple’s Victorious Grace Church, but prosecutors claim it had no market value. Over $1.3 million was spent on luxury items—homes, jewelry, and vacation—leaving investors with worthless tokens.

A Denver pastor, Eligio “Eli” Regalado, and his wife Kaitlyn, have been charged with 40 felony counts in connection with a $3.4 million cryptocurrency fraud scam that targeted Christian investors through their online church, Victorious Grace. Prosecutors said the couple sold a worthless cryptocurrency called INDXcoin, claiming it would bring abundance and “wealth transfer,” and that God had told them to do so.

Over 300 people lost millions by investing in a coin with zero liquidity.
At least $1.3 million was diverted into personal luxury lifestyle, including home renovation, jewelry, vacation, and more, all justified as divine instruction.

A Denver grand jury charged them with 40 counts of racketeering, theft, and securities fraud.
Authorities highlight this as a cautionary example of combining religious authority and financial deception.
