The bodies of the 2 women who were killed over a bitter custody dispute were discovered buried in a freezer.
Veronica Butler, 27, and Jilian Kelley, 39, disappeared on Mar. 30 while driving from Kansas to Oklahoma to pick up Butler’s children for a birthday party.
On Apr. 14, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) excavated a suspected burial spot about 8.5 miles from Butler’s abandoned car.
They uncovered a chest freezer and discovered the victims’ bodies inside.
Agents also discovered personal items that did not belong to Butler or Kelley.
Tad Cullum, 1 of the 5 murder suspects, leased the property where the burial site was located.
