Bishop Evans was remembered by the Longview Area Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance as “a towering figure in the spiritual life of our region… anointed teacher… trailblazer in the Pentecostal Apostolic tradition,” who lived a life marked by unwavering service, integrity, and purpose
