We are looking to make contact with Rebecca L. Osmond, 47, of Beloit, who has been reported missing by her family members.
Rebecca’s family last had contact with her on February 22, 2025. Rebecca’s phone is off and hasn’t been in contact with her family, which is unusual. It is believed she arrived in Tampa, FL, via an Amtrak train on February 24, 2025.
She is currently classified as missing by our department. We are looking to check her welfare and have also alerted authorities in the Florida area.
