Elissa was last seen on June 11th at 11:30 p.m. at her home in Ottawa’s west end, dressed in black biker shorts and a black Ottawa Senators jersey.

Elissa is described as White, 5’4″ tall, with a slim build.

She has red hair, blue eyes, and a freckle under the right side of her nose.

There are concerns about her well-being.
